This is a charming, tasteful, designer two story cottage. The smart floor plan of this cottage allows for two King bedrooms on the first floor with en suite baths. Each bedroom has its own flat screen tv with cable. The home also has free high speed wifi that is password protected. The washer and dryer are also on the first floor.
The staircase takes you to the second floor where the cottage really opens up with its cathedral ceilings and open living area. The wood floors and accent walls warm up the room with its coastal chic furnishings. Large flat screen tv and cable. The galley kitchen has stainless appliances for those that wish to cook. Petite Maison has many delicious restaurants within walking distance for the foodies in your family. The living room has French doors that open up to a covered second floor terrace where you can enjoy coffee or cocktails and enjoy the tropical breeze.
There is parking for one car which is a GREAT amenity for those that drive to Key West, however you will not need a car when staying at Petite Maison. If you prefer to swim in a pool rather than the ocean, the new free KW community pool is a block away.
This is a designer cottage that is all new, yet the cottage has all the charm of a traditional Key West home. The furniture including mattresses are all new in 2015. The cottage also has spray foam insulation which helps keep the cottage cool and quiet.
