The house was completely renovated in 2015. This is a designer home with a brand new interior. re-using the Dade County Pine wood for the walls and floors, so the house has all the charm of a traditional Key West home. The bathrooms, kitchen, furniture, mattresses are all new in 2015. The house also as spray foam insulation which helps keep the house cool and quiet.
